Led by our Director of Operations, Vicki Tom, and Culinary Director, Larry Finn, the cuisine at the Merchants Exchange Club draws from the Bay Area’s rich culinary tradition with exciting and subtle perspectives. Originality, creativity and precision inform every selection on our seasonally rotating menus. Only the freshest and best local artisan-produced ingredients are sourced that play a major role in menu development. Due to seasonality and availability, all items and pricing are subject to change. Each selection, developed by our culinary team with your input, becomes part of a fully harmonized event program that will both impress and satisfy your guests.

We are proud to offer the same food and beverage options in the Merchants Exchange Club as we do in our iconic Julia Morgan Ballroom. With two expertly designed, fully-equipped commercial kitchens, there’s no event we can’t handle.
